  1. Gather all the necessary documents for the application . Then, visit office of the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water Development, Department of Agriculture research and Technical Service (DARs) office to complete an application
  2. The office will have an official who will hand applicants with an application. complete it and return it with all the required documents
  3. Pay the application fee as prescribed and send the check to the DAR official
  4. DARs official will review your application. DARs official will examine the application and, if it is correct, transmit it to back offices to process it.
  5. Your application will be reviewed while the permits will then be issued.
  6. Stop by the DAR office, and take the permit in its entirety.
