Required Documents For Apply for a Business Visa
Minimum requirements needed for any visa application:
- The completed application form
- A passport that has validity of at least 6 months from the date you plan to depart from Ireland.
- The proof that you will be able to sustain yourself throughout staying in Ireland. A complete bank statement that covers the period of 6 months prior to when you apply for a visa and proving that you have sufficient funds, is required.
- Give details of all relatives of yours that reside living in Ireland or another EU country. Also, you must provide specifics of any prior application you’ve completed for a visa in order for entry into Ireland.

Eligibility
It is not necessary to obtain an visa to travel to Ireland when you are a resident from the EEA or one of the countries on the list.
Members of the EU/EEA or Switzerland don’t require the visa in order to travel to Ireland for business. (The people who are part of the EEA are the 28 members that are part of the European Union (EU), along with Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein).
There is no need for a visa to fly into Ireland in the following circumstances:
- You have valid travel documents that was issued in accordance to Article 28 of the Geneva Convention
- You have an active residency card EU FAM or an active Permanent Residence Card 4 EU FAM that is issued pursuant to the European Communities (Free Movement of People) (No. 2.) Rules 2006. (SI 656/2006).
- You are a member of the family or an EU citizen, and you have the document known as “Residence card of the family member of an Union citizen”

Certain applicants aren’t required to pay fees. These include spouses who are required to have visas and certain relatives of citizens of the EU/EEA. Additionally applicants from certain countries do not need to pay fees. Processing Time
