- Send the required documents.

- Birth documents like birth certificate/ “W” Formor Citizenship Evidence
- Three (3) applicants’ photos in the dimensions of 3.5cm 5cm
- Certificate of Citizenship
- Parents Identification Card for Parents
- Parents ‘ marriage certificate
- Birth certificate of the parents or birth certificate
- Original and a copy of passports of parentsor travel document
- One (1) family photo
- One (1) image of the sponsor’s photo with a size of 3.5cm 5cm
