How To Apply for Driver License In Belgium

  1. Visit the Driving Licence counter, bringing with you all documents that are required to complete the process.
  2. Fill out an application and then submit it along with all the required documents , and pay the application fee.

Documents Required Apply for Driver License

  • ID card
  • The form is provided by the examination centre after passing the practical exam.
  • The temporary driving license
  • 1 passport photograph (recent identical, and on transparent background)

There is a chance that the authorities require additional documents. It is recommended to contact the first.

Note:

Passport photographs must be clear, with an uncluttered background, photos taken in the last few days and exactly the same (size H 4.5cm and L 3.5 cms).

In general, the applicant should not wear any headpiece. It is possible to allow headgear in medical or religious reasons provided it is visible. The forehead, cheeks eyelids, the chin and the nose can not be covered. On this image the head is occupying the minimum of 2,5 cms, and the maximum of 3,5 millimeters. The background must be uniform and clear.
