  1. To apply for an electronic service account, make your application via TAJ’s Tax Authority Jamaica (TAJ) E-service platform. Check out TAJ’s contact information by clicking this hyperlink: Link

  1. To finish your e-service account, go to the TAJ website: Link
  2. On the home page, on the right hand part of the page, click”Login” from the top right-hand side of your page “ Client Login”to be taken to the account log-in page. Or select”Login” on the “ Login”tab
  3. Enter your username and password in case there is an existing account, or click “ Create Account” to set up your account. On the new screen you must fill in the fields and click “Save”
  4. Then you will receive an email thanking you for registering your account and requesting your password. It will also inform you that your password will be sent to your email address.
  5. Then enter your password and sign in. After that, accept and read the policy by pressing the “ I Agree” button. You will be taken to the next screen where it will ask you a password-related question. Answer the question, then click “ Save”then you will be taken to the portal to your account’s e-services.
  6. Scroll down until you find “ Apply for an account with e-Services” in the section of “ Other Non-Logon Services” or click”Apply to an E-Services Account.” Click on the “ Apply for an account with e-Services” tab and you will be taken to the online registration form.
  7. Check out the information on the registration page for e-services and click “Next”to proceed to the account information page.
  8. Select whether you want to sign up as an Individual or an Organization and fill in the required information, and then click “Next” to go onto the Security Questions page.
  9. Answer all security questions and then click “Next”to go to the Manager Details page for Accounts. Manager Details page.
  10. In this section, complete information regarding your Account Manager and upload the necessary attachments by clicking”Add”. “Add”button. Please note that attachments’ size is limitless to 5MB per file. If you want to add additional users to your account, choose “Yes”and add all the information required for the additional person by clicking the “Add an Account” hyperlink. Records are added in a separate way so you’ll need choose “Add an Record”for each record you want to add. If you don’t want to add any other users to the account, simply select “No” and then click on”Next” to go back. “Next”button to navigate to the summary page
  11. Check the information you’ve given and, if satisfied, click the “Submit”button and If you wish to amend the information you have provided Click on”Try” and then click on the “Previous” button
  12. Once you have submitted your application, a configuring page will appear in which you can go through the details regarding your application . Click “OK”to return to the e-Services page as well as “ Printable View” to print the confirmation message. Make sure to record the number of your configuration before you click “OK”

  • While completing the online application does not mean you have created an account. After the successful submission of your request you will be informed within 14 days in the event that your application is approved and instructed on how you can create the account.
