- Visit the office and obtain an application form for applying for the Film and Video Exhibitor License according to your requirements from the department in question.
- Check to see if you have all the required documents under the “Required documents” section of this page.
- Then, fill out the application form by filling in all pertinent details in the appropriate sections. Then, sign it after you have completed it.
- After you have completed your application, be sure to attach all required documents to the application form. Submit it to the authority responsible at the office.
- Once the form is submitted, it along with the other supporting documents are sent to be examined and verified.
- Once the verification and verification procedures are completed The application will then be approved by the authorities and they are then able to take the required measures to give the licence.
