As well as any tests that the Authority will require an applicant for a license as a learner to take and pass, the Authority might also require the applicant to:

  • give the Authority with your personal details (including any evidence the Authority might reasonably require in relation to these particulars) in accordance with the an application form supplied from the Authority;
  • Issue a Citizenship Identity Card, or other valid identification documents to Bhutanese Nationals, as well as passports or any other identification card for foreigners.

Applicant must be of age or older.
