- An original Bank Challan receipt must be obtained from designated branches of the National Bank in Pakistan & appropriate branches of the banks that are for Foreign Missions respectively, by paying the required Passport Fee.
- The applicant must present their Original CNIC as well as Children Registration Certificate (CRC) when they are less than 18 years old and its duplicates as well as the Bank Chalan Form.
- The camera operator will continue by capturing the photograph of the applicant.
- Tokens will be issued to the person who applied for it.
- After receiving token, the person will proceed to the Biometric Counter at the time his token has appeared at the Biometric Control Counter.
- DEO on the Counter will take your right thumb index finger right left thumb and left Index Finger impressions.
- The applicant will then move into his Data Entry Counters when his token number is displayed on the counter.
- A Data Entry Operator enters all of the necessary data for the applicant. The screen for data entry will be accessible to the Applicant.
- If there is any change in the data, the applicant should inform an operator for data entry in this regard. After the data entry is completed, the filled Data Entry Form will be completed by the operator and then handed to the Applicant to be used to be verified.
- The applicant will confirm its information by signing the form.
- A person who is applying for a job will be required to get a an additional tokens from the coordination assistant near the counters for data entry.

Validity
