  • Reread the DLC and then submit the application form with the required documents to the Board of Internal Revenue and Vehicle Inspection Officer.
  • After that the FRSC officer will then take your Biometric data in the office. You may obtain temporary licenses that is valid until you obtain your license at the office.

  • Complete all tabs by filling in the necessary details , then click “Next” to continue. Next, type in the contact information and address and click the “Next” to continue.
  • Continue to fill in the next form with the information about the processing center and the type of license. Click the “Next” option.
  • Make sure to check the declaration box, then enter the code into the box which is provided, then click “submit” to submit the form.
  • Fill in the required information in the case of applicable, upload the necessary documents and finish the application process by making the payment required by following the instructions displayed on the screen.
  • Print a copy of your application form, go to the DLC and fill out the application form with the required documents to the Board of Internal Revenue and Vehicle Inspection Officer.
  • After that the FRSC officer will then take your Biometric data in the office. You can get an interim license which can be used up until the time you receive your purchased license at the office.
  • When your license is and ready to be issued You will receive prior notification, and then you are able to go to the office and pick up your certificate of license.
