- To apply for a Non-Creamy Layer Certification, the person applying must go to their local revenue office.

- This report will be forwarded to the authority that issued the report.
- Based on the findings of the report above and other internal processes, the authority issuing the certificate will make an announcement.
- The status of the application, namely. Acceptance or Rejection, if applicable will be communicated to the applicant by SMS.
- If the application is approved, the document is handed out by hand or posted to the address specified when applying, or issued in accordance with the applicable regulations.
Note:

Eligibility
- The applicant must be a citizens of India.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of the state in order to apply.
- The applicant must be a member of a the OBC/MOBC community that is recognized in the state of application.
- The applicant’s parents or one of their parents are required to be in the group C or D within the Central Government, and then they can apply.
- If an individual is a member of the Group B in the Central Government and if their parents don’t have an income source that is steady and they are unable to pay for it, they can apply.
- When the man is employed by the Central Government employee, his wife can be eligible. It is important to note that the spouse’s parents should not have a regular source of income and they can apply.
