What are all the Eligibility

  • Any foreign shipping operator in Nigeria who wishes to obtain a license for his/her vessel for transporting goods or passengers between two places within Nigeria can apply.
  • The applicant must have a Nigerian Ship Registry Certificate and a registration with Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency.
  • The shipping company must be registered with Federal Inland Revenue Services.
