- An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided. Click on the link in the email to verify your email address. A new login page will be opened with a confirmation message.
- An email with your account password and confirmation email will be sent following the confirmation email. Enter the password found in the email, then login by entering your details on the new login page. Click the “Log In” button.
- The page will prompt you to change your password. Enter your password twice in the fields and then click “Change Password”.
- Once you have completed the form, you will be taken to the application page. Fill out the form and then click the “Choose File” button to upload the documents.
- Click “Save” to save your work and continue. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the application.

What are all the Eligibility
- Any foreign shipping operator in Nigeria who wishes to obtain a license for his/her vessel for transporting goods or passengers between two places within Nigeria can apply.
- The applicant must have a Nigerian Ship Registry Certificate and a registration with Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency.
- The shipping company must be registered with Federal Inland Revenue Services.

- A certified true copy (CTC), of Corporate Affairs Commission forms CAC7 & CAC2 should be included with the application form.
- By choosing the appropriate Insurance service, the shipping company can enhance an insurance scheme for foreign-owned vessels.
- An undertaking must be completed by the applicant entity to ensure that a predetermined number of Nigerian cadets are trained. A copy should accompany the application.
