- Also, enter details about the owner by selecting the appropriate options and filling in the required fields.
- Click on the “+” symbol to open “other Information”. Enter the Driver License number and name of the bearer, then select the state in which you would like the plate number to go.
- If you’d like, check the “Request Fancy Plate” box and then enter the number you would like to get in the field. Click the “Check Available” button to confirm that it is indeed available.
- After you’ve completed the application form, click on “Preview” to see your completed form once again.
- You can check it thoroughly and, if necessary, click the “Edit” button to return to the application page.
- Make any necessary adjustments and click “Preview” again. Click “Submit” to confirm the declaration.
- Your application details and a reference number will appear after submission. Click the “Print” button to print it.
- This is the last step in your online application process. The office will contact you via your email ID with further information.
