I. Apply in person

  1. A foreign applicant is required to have a representative sign a consent form to apply on behalf of him/her.
  2. An authorized person needs to apply for the PCC to the police commissioner to get the PCC.

  6. The authorities, after receiving the application, will review and verify the information. If all is correct, They will give you a certificate with a serial number , which will also include the date when you can get the PCC. Be sure to keep it in a safe place to receive the certificate.
