After you have registered as a wholesaler the pharmacy, Medicine and Poison board office to fill out your application.
Send your documents to an person at the desk of service to be reviewed by the service desk official.
Once your documents are verified After verification, select the type of permit you want to apply for The permit you want to apply for is either an annual permit or a consignment particular permit
If you’re seeking an annul permit supporting officer will issue an application form along with an inventory of the necessary documents.
Complete the application form, and attach the necessary documents, and submit it for confirmation
After the official has validated your application, they will process it and pay the fee recommended by the official.
The application will then be sent onto the Poison board to be processed and approved within three days.
