- Once a baby is born and is registered by the nurse, they will record that birth on the logbook of the hospital (Birth Registers). The birth announcement will be created and then sent at the Civil Registry Office.
- The parents of the child need to sign the birth certificate through the Civil Registry Office. Information are entered directly into the Birth Register (hardcopy) and assigned a registry ID.
- The Registry office will notify parents when they should return to collect birth certificates.
