Define the SI unit of current?

Ampere is the unit of S.I current.

It uses the symbol “A”

If I is current and Q is charge and t is time, then,

Q/t = I

Current is the amount of charge that passes through a particular cross-section of conductor at a given moment.

S.I.’s unit for charge is Coulumb. This letter is represented by the letter C whereas the unit for time, seconds, is represented by the letter s.
