- The applicant should go to The Ministry of Public Service and Administrative Reform office. Approach the desk of service and indicate your interest.
- Request the form, go through it attentively and fill it out accurately.
- Send the completed request form with required evidence (listed below) to verify and process.
- The application fees can be paid at the counter, after which you will receive a an invoice.
- If the official authorized to sign it is satisfied that all documents are correct, you will be informed and given the certificate.

- Certificate of entry into the service or a certificate that the person has attended the office
- A pay slip that is less than 3 months ago.
