Apply for Juice Concentrate Test In Jamaica By Yourself

- Get an application form called D at one of BSJ offices located in Kingstone, Montego Bay, Mandeville, Ocho Rios, or Savanah-La-Ma. You may also get the application form via phone or email.
- Fill out the application as directed.
- Make a test sample that is to be tested, along with all necessary documentation.
- Go to the BSJ office to pay the application fee at the cashier. You will receive the receipt for payment.
- Completely submit the application form along with the application sample for the BSJ official at the desk of service and take the acknowledgement receipt for the application.
- It will then be sent at the BSJ microbiological laboratory for proper analysis according to the BSJ standards.
- The BSJ inspectors in the lab will examine the specimen before assigning a score it. They will then create tests results.
- Stop by the BSJ office and pick up the test results, or a certificate of acceptance.

- The fee for application is $25 for each certificate.
Validity
- When the document is intended for export or approval the certificate is in effect for six month.

- The application is processed within one week.
