- The applicant submits the Permit to an Agricultural Officer and a Customs Officer at the point of entry.

Note:
- For people outside of The Bahamas, money order or draft can be delivered through Fedex, UPS or any courier service.
- Personal cheques are not accepted.

Applications will be processed in two working days.
Instructions
- The Licence has to be submitted at the office of the Agriculture Inspector as well as Bahamas Customs at the Port of Entry.
- The form should be filled out by completing it in the quadruple (a set of four). (4).
- The Phytosanitary Certificate or Food Safety Certificate of the country that is exporting must be included with the shipment.
