What Are All The Eligibility

You may submit an application for a permit for a longer-term period if:

You have been living with us in Czech Republic on a visa with a duration of more than 90 days.
you plan to live temporarily for a period of time in Czech Republic for more than 1 year. Czech Republic for more than one year, excluding the visa you have previously obtained.
and if, at same time, the reason of your stay is not changed (exceptions are granted e.g. for the Blue Card family member, or scientists).
