  3. Complete and fill in the application form and fill it in. Both parents must provide their permission by signing this application with a referer or sponsor (Section 7.).
  4. You must have a referer or sponsor. The person you choose to recommend must be a professional (or clergy) who has been with you more than two years.
  5. The person who is your recommendation or sponsor must fill in the appropriate section on the form. The person who is the sponsor has to sign the application as well as a photograph that shows the kid.
  6. Contact for the Ministry of Home Affairs and National Security (MHAS) together with your child if or she is six years old or over (below the age of 18).
  7. The passport of your child should be collected at the end of 4 (4) work days. Take your identification card.

Note:

  • For children aged fourteen years old or older There is no requirement to present a photo that has been signed. Biometric fingerprints and facial images are taken in the MHAS office of MHAS.

Costs for Passport Applications:

  • For those who are 16 years old or older to 70
  • Ages between 10 and 15 years old – 35
  • For children ages 10 between 10 and 14 years old.
  • Emergency Passports (all age groups) up to 120

Validity

  • Minors’ passports for 16 and 18 years old is valid for 10 years.
  • The passport for minors aged between 10 and 15 has a validity of 5 years.
  • The passport for minors younger than 10 years of age is valid for two years.
