What are all the Eligibility

- A person who is a resident of Hong Kong;
- A person who is at Hong Kong for more than 180 days in a calendar year of assessment, or longer than 300 consecutive days over two assessments, the first being the assessment year;
- A trust, partnership, or company or body of individuals established or formed within Hong Kong;

Validity
