- The applicant must submit the request for application and documents at the Department of Phytosanitary Security, Control in Seed Production and Seedling.
- After the request has been approved and processed The Officer in Charge arranges for an inspection. The inspector assigned to the request inspects the package.
- After the inspection has produced satisfying results, then the person applying must pay the required cost and then collect the Phytosanitary Certificate.
