  1. To apply for an Phytosanitary certificate, the applicant must apply to for the Department of Phytosanitary Security, Control in Seed Production and Seedling. Contact information can be found in the “office places and contacts” section.
  2. It is necessary to send an application at the Department of Phytosanitary Security, Control in Seed Production and Seedling.
  3. The request for application should contain the details listed below in”required information” section “required details” section.
  4. Be sure to are armed with all the documents required that are listed in”Required Documents” on the “Required document” section on this page.
  5. The applicant must submit the request for application and documents at the Department of Phytosanitary Security, Control in Seed Production and Seedling.
  6. After the request has been approved and processed The Officer in Charge arranges for an inspection. The inspector assigned to the request inspects the package.
  7. After the inspection has produced satisfying results, then the person applying must pay the required cost and then collect the Phytosanitary Certificate.
