Required Documents For Apply for Tax Clearance
- Taxpayers who are not who are subject to the annual declaration of tax
- Form AAP300 (form AAP300) that has been signed and dated
- Certificates of income for years that are not specified for employees in the public sector.
- The income certificates of employees for the years that were not approved as prescribed by the tax services for employees in the private sector
- Balance certificate for all accounts of the employer who has been endorsed through taxation service for employees in the private sector
- A copy of National Identity Card or residence card
- Request for information from the collector and/or RAF
- The copy of the lease agreement Where required
- Taxpayers who are who are subject to the annual declaration of income tax
- Applicant (form AAP300)
- Photocopy of National Identity Card or Residence card
- Request of income certification (form AAP049F)
