- To apply for a Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) The applicant should visit the website for the Department of Inland Revenue. Link to the Website
- Download the Application Form A1 to apply TCC. TCC Apply online using the link below.
- Input the necessary information in the form and then click”Email” to send it “E-mail” button . This will send the form to the department of revenue.
- You should wait for an e-mail reply to your application.
- Before the department issues TCCs, before the department can issue TCC the agency is checked to ensure that taxpayers are in compliance with its duties to the federal government.

Businesses must be aware that the TCC will only be given to taxpayers who have complied in their obligations with respect to taxes.
Validity
The certificate is valid for up to six (6) six (6) months.

- Do you want to do transactions with the Government, or a public entity,
- Want to collect funds for services provided to the government, or a public entity
- Want to register ownership or transfer the ownership of a tax-deductible good;
- Benefit from allowances under the provisions of law (i.e. churches, schools, etc).
