- In accordance with the ruling of the judge, the Minister issues the President’s decision to remove the Indonesian citizenship of the Indonesian Citizenship, which is decided through the president’s ruling.

Required Document For Cancel Citizenship
- In accordance with Law No. 12 of 2006 on Indonesian Citizenship Article 28 of the law states that every person who gains Indonesian citizenship on the basis of information later found to be false, falsified, or incorrect as falsified or false or incorrect, or if the person has a mistake that is discovered on the individual by an authorized institution is subject to having his citizenship revoked.
