Need to have the Document
A passport confirms the identity and nationality of the holder to travel to other countries. It comes from the nation’s government. It contains information regarding the person who holds it, such as the name, gender as well as date and where they were born.
This document doesn’t by itself grant the holder of the passport to admission into a different country, nor protection from consular authorities when traveling abroad, nor do they have any other rights. But, it usually allow the passport holder back to their country in which they were issued the passport. The right to consular protection stems from international treaties. However, the passport holder’s return to issuer’s country is contingent upon the laws that govern the country.
A new passport can be issued in the event of loss, provided that the report was filed and an appropriate amount of time was spent in locating the passport which was lost.
