Obtain Birth Certificate In United Arab Emirates By Online
- Fill out an application and send it with these documentation in the following documents to Health Authority – Abu Dhabi’s Customer Service Centre:
- Book for family members (for UAE Nationals) : Original and copy
- Emirates ID Card: Original and a copy
- Parents passport: Original and replica
- Child’s Passport: Original and duplicate
- Birth Certificate Copy, if there is one
- Pay the fee required.
- Get a replacement certificate for the birth certificate that was lost.

Eligibility
The applicant must have the status of one of parent or relative until the fourth grade If the applicant isn’t one of the relatives or parents they must present an identification card (passport or Emirates ID) or an official certificate from the court that allows the applicant to request and get Birth Certificate.
