Obtain Duplicate Copy for Plus Two MarkList In India By Yourself
- A certified copy of the Marklist (C.C.M.) will include names of institution in which the student studied as well as the marks achieved (will only be noted on the Mark Sheet certified by the school) without the date of Birth.
- The CCM is the authority that issues certificates in the state comes from the state’s education board “BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATIONS”
- Candidates must apply for CCM in the event of a damaged certificate or not able to be used, or is required to be used for applying for to higher education or for a job.
Apply in person at school
- Application must be submitted on the prescribed format. The application form must be filled out by the applicant alone.
- Go to the institution or school in which the student studied Plus two. The application form can be obtained at the office, as instructed by the school, or write on a plain A4 paper.
- Applicant must send two separate sets (one for the department , and the another for the applicant) of the completed application form, along with supporting the required documents according to our documents section.
- The Head Master/Head Mistress or head of the school relevant school will approve the application.
- The school is now required to forward this application along with a an envelope addressed to the self (of an applicant) to the appropriate school board.
- The applicant will receive a the signed copies of the application along with documents to be used to be used in the future.
- The submitted application will be further processed.
- When the certificate is completed The certified copies of the Mark List will be sent directly to the applicant in the self-addressed envelope enclosed.
Direct private candidates for those who took the plus two exams immediately (Private candidates)
- If the candidates were privately examined for the examination , the application for C.C.M must be signed by the head of the Institution where the candidate has completed VIII, IX or X standard.
The application must be sent to the appropriate office in person, along with all the necessary documents.

Validity
The Certified Copy of Marklist (C.C.M.) has validity for limited time as indicated on the certificate.
Instructions
- Candidates can obtain this certificate in the event of loss, or destruction due to fire or flood. The certified copy of the Mark List is valid only for a limited time period, while the duplicate list of marks is forever valid.
- The application along with its enclosures must be approved by the Head of the school where they students are studying.
