How To Obtain Permission to Market Arms (Gun) and Ammunition In Gabon
What is the process to apply:
- Contact directly the Ministry of the Interior office or the related offices to make the application.
- Send a request letter at the minister of Interior with the reasons for the request. Send it with supporting documents (listed under the “Required documents” section) to be processed and verified.
- When the minister or designated official believes that all documents are correct, you will be informed of the result and be given additional instructions.

- A duplicate of the circuit sheets describing the commercial activities
- A duplicate of the national identity card or passport
- A portion of the criminal record that is less three months in age
- A report from the Security and Defense Forces in the area that confirms the existence for a concrete reinforced storage facility as well as a safe for storage of ammunition and weapons.
