There is an official announcement by the government. Please read the information and then click the “Close” button that appears by RED in the image below.

On the next page On the next page, you must choose the “New OCI Registration” option highlighted in RED. After that, read the rules and then click “Proceed” button that will be highlighted by RED in the image below.

An additional screen and the instructions will be shown. Review the details and then click the checkbox next to “I am aware of the guidelines” option, which is highlighted in Yellow. After that, click the “Accept” option at bottom of the page to access the next page that is highlighted in red in the image below.
Step 7:
Please complete the captcha in the appropriate manner in the provided textbox, and then click the “Enter” button that is highlighted in red.
Step 8:
On the next page On the next page, click on the “Fresh Application” option highlighted in red in the below image, and you will be taken to your application forms page.
Step 9:
In this section, you must complete all sections that require details . Then click the “Save and continue” button that is highlighted in red in the image below.
Step 10:
The applicant should follow the rest of the instructions as needed by complying with the prompts including uploading of documents and images according to the requirements.
Step 11:
Once your online form has been successful The applicant is acknowledged. Keep it for later reference.
Step 12:
Follow the instructions to meet the officials designated at the Indian post/mission/FRRO in question. Bring the originals of documents online to cross verify.
Step 13:
Once the documents have been confirmed, the proper action by the official will be taken to move further.
Step 14:
The applicant will receive a acknowledgment and notification via email address.
Step 15:
The remainder of the internal procedure grants fresh OCI card in accordance with the notice.
