What Are All The Eligibility
It is possible to apply it through:

A proof of address current
Address proofs can be any official document that has been delivered to you at your current address and is in your name. We accept documents in copies from “official organizations” e.g. bank statements letters from GPs or doctor, letters from a school or college or university, utility bills, phone bills, etc. Ideally, they should cover different months, and in each instance, they should not be more than 6 months old.
If you don’t have evidence for your address at present, the following options can be considered:
Two evidences of your address that is in the name of the householder that were taken in the last 6 months, as well as an acknowledgement letter signed by the householder to confirm that there are no documents of your own name, but that you are a resident of them.
Two documents, or two from the following lists, that were issued in the past 6 months:
