Instructions
- The new born babies have to have their registration completed within the first 45 days after birth and there are consequences for parents who do not register their children by the age of two.
Documentation is needed
Registration for birth is required for all children that is born in Bangladesh. The birth registration process is Bangladesh’s States first official acknowledgment of the existence of the child. It is the only way to ensure additional rights for children, such as access to health care as well as education.
