  1. The Veterinary Service Division is a ministry division that is responsible for import and export inspection of live animals and meats. It also offers other services. The contact information for the VSD can be viewed via the contact links provided in the section “Office Locations and Contacts”.
  2. You can register to import via the VSD by submitting your application online through the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Trade System. Visit MOATRADE’s website Link
  3. If you have an account, log in to the website with your Username and Password. Click on “Not yet registered” to go to the central registration site.
  4. Fill in the User information, Contact Information, and Account details. Next, click on “Continue”.
  5. Select the permit type, Veterinary import and send your application for processing
  6. An email with instructions and information will be sent to you after the application has been submitted.
  7. After your application has been approved, you will need to log into your account, complete the application for the veterinary import permit, and pay the application fee online with a debit or card.
