How To Register Occasional Importers with the Directorate General of Tax In Gabon (Application form IM02)] & (Application form IM03)
- Fill out the form correctly together with supporting documents (listed under the “Required documents” Section) at any DGI agency offices or the department of Tax Authorities The Registration Office to verify and processing.
- If the official or register officials are satisfied documents are in order, you’ll be informed of the decision within a week. They will then assign you an unique fiscal identification number (NIF).
Note:
Failure to file make an application to register in the DGI within two months is a penalty.

- Request for registration form that is printed with no. IM02, provided to the administrator, and duly filled in.
- Identity document copy (national identity card or driving license, passport) (or residence permit) for foreign citizens;
- Copy of the bill of lading for import goods;
