If you’ve lost, damaged or destroyed either or both of the parts of your vehicle registration certificate You must fill out the Notification of stolen or lost vehicle registration certificate and submit it to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Office together with a photocopy of your personal identification for example, a valid driver’s licence or a credit card with a picture.

Processing Time
