- The main webpage, click “Report the problem of a wild bird” to start the application form.
- Complete the application with correct information and then agree to the conditions and terms at the bottom of the page. Click on submit to send us your application.
- When you submit your application the department will dispatch an expert on your property to determine the extent of your infestation and determine the most effective solution.
- Following the evaluation the official will submit an assessment report with the department . They will also procure the appropriate tools to complete the assignment.
- The technician will then return to your home and finish the task.

- If you’re not the owner of the property verify with the owner of the property prior to you submitting the application or let them apply on behalf of you.
- The application is subject to the terms and conditions you agree to.
- Sort your garbage into bins with lids to keep insects and birds from entering them.
- Don’t leave bowls of dog or cat food out in the open. The food can attract wildlife and pests to your backyard.
- The regular supply of food can cause the species of birds that cause problems returning to the property and do not feed them.
