  3. The society must submit to the Registrar an annual report in the form specified in Form H. These forms are available in any one of the regional Civil as well as National Registration offices. The forms are not accessible online.
  4. The annual return forms must be filled out in three copies with the signatures of two office bearers and it is the responsibility of each office-bearer to ensure that this annual return is properly submitted at the request of the Registrar.
  5. When the annual return form the registrar must verify that all the necessary documents and information are in the format specified in the “Required Documents” section on this page.
  6. If there are any discrepancies or ineligibility issues in the documents submitted for the application. If a problem that cannot be fixed immediately on any document, then the entire application as well as all documents submitted is returned to applicant. The application must not be submitted again until the issue has been corrected.
  7. Following the successful screening of all documents submitted The Registrar will then file the society’s annual returns.
