You can find “perpetual movement” devices that work if you do enough research. These are closed systems. The system becomes inoperable if it is attempted to extract energy.
I have created my own “perpetual movement” device, which will be displayed on Instructables.com. I also provide a detailed analysis of why it isn’t true perpetual motion even though I believe it will outlive me.
You are actually looking for an “over-unity device”, although I have yet to see one that’s worthy of more than a cursory glance. Nothing I have seen has been able to deliver what was promised.
