The answer is no, they don’t exist. Field lines made of electricity are imagined.
They are the pathways that an imaginary unit of charge would move if it were at its disposal.
The number of them is unlimited because paths (Electric fields) are infinite.
The same holds the case for magnetism as well. Both magentism and electricity are closely related.
