  1. Anyone who is eligible to apply should apply to be considered by sending and submitting an application to the local district vet officer via the local veterinary officer in person.
  2. Visit the office, fill out your application with the Documents that are listed under the “Required Documents” section on this page.
  3. After acceptance, this application will be considered for processing.
  4. The applicant will receive a notification from department officials to go before the authorized authority to continue the procedure.
  5. Meet with the authorities and adhere to their rules.
  6. After selection after which a no-cost institutional training course is provided to students for two months at departmental training centers.
  7. After that , one and a half months of practical training under the supervision of a veterinary surgeon is given before the applicant becomes competent to perform private artificial insemination (this training or training is different between states).

Note:

  • Applicant must be aware of the direct link to the rearing of cattle
  • Applicant must be located located in an area where minimum number of cattle is 2000 in order to be economically viable.
  • The area of operation for the applicant should be located at least 5 km of an A.I. Service Centre. Government set up A.I. Service Centre
  • Select the State name to be used for the State Procedure.

    • Identity evidence.
    • Ration Card
    • Residential Proof: Certificate of Residence issued by Local Administration Officeor Aadhaar card/Passport or Driving License / Ration Card or Govt. ID card or Defence ID Card/ PAN Card.
    • Age evidence (birth certificate or school certificate)
    • Applicant passport size photograph.
    • Aadhaar card
    • Attach stamps as directed by authorities, if needed.

    • Original and a copy of the original along with self-attestation in accordance with the instructions of the respective authorities must be provided as per the requirements.
    • Other than the above documents, authorities could request additional documents or other information. They will require these documents for processing.
