  1. To obtain a the certificate of caste validity, the applicant must visit the appropriate Thasil / Revenue / Block Office or the appropriate office of the “department of welfare” for the backward classes, if applicable.
  2. The application form can be obtained at the office when the applicants visit. OR the applicant should write his application on an A4 sheet.
  3. Send the completed application form and all required documents to the relevant authority.
