Application In Person

  3. Stop by the KSAMC office and pick up the application form to apply for a Butcher License.
  4. Fill out the form in three copies, and then have it signed by an inspector from the local police
  5. Make sure you have all the documents needed and join them to the application form.
  6. Visit KSAMC’s premises. KSAMC establishment and deposit the required fee to the cashier. You will also need to present the evidence of payment
  7. After making the payment, you can submit the entire application, including an acknowledgement slip for payment at the KSAMC official at the service desk.
