Reserve Name for a Company In Uganda By Online
- Request an application form at the Uganda Registration Service Bureau or download it using the following link: Business registration Form(select the option to reserve your name.)
- Complete the application form and submit it to assessment window of the Uganda Service Registration Bureau (USRB)
- Make the payment for the name reservation fee at the bank and collect the bank slip to make the payment.
- Go back to the USRB office and present the bank slip or receipt to the attending officer in the Name Search window.
- When the payment has been confirmed and the name suggested will be subjected to a lookup within the database of business registrations. If the name is found to pass the similarity offensive, defensive and desirability tests it is then reserved for 30 days.
- You will receive a reservation numbers that you can be able to use to check the status of your reservation.
Note: There are name-reservation books that allow you to find and determine if the name you are looking for was approved or denied and for what reason.
