How To Apply for Certificate of Residences In Gabon
Application Procedure:
- Go to your local Directorate General for Documentation and Immigration (DGDI) office close to you and make an inquiry at the front desk.
- Application forms can be obtained at the DGDI office, or you can download it through the Emi-immigration site or click the button below to download : (Application application form)
- Fill out the properly filled application form, along with supporting documents (listed under the “Required documents” section) to be processed and verified to the official who is in attendance in the DGDI.
- Pay the application fee.
- If the official authorized to sign it confirms that documents are in order, the information collected on the form is added to the DGDI database system.
- You will then be informed of the result and presented with the certification of residency.
Documents that are required Certificate of Residences
- Photocopy of the current passport or national identity card for the Gabonese
- Photograph of the valid residency permit issued to foreign nationals
- Latest SEEG invoice
- 2 recent color photos
If you’re hosted
- Certificate of honor for the host
- Photocopy of the identity document for the accommodation document
- Most recent SEEG invoice for hotel (in in the name of host)
