  • Once you have filled out the form you must send it along with all the necessary documents supporting it along with any supporting documentation to the Cross Boundary Unit of our Department to be processed.

In the event of renewal of Closed Road Permit and application to replace a vehicle, permits are typically issued the same day of application provided the application form and all supporting documents are completed along with the request received prior to 4:45 PM.

The hours of service for all four offices for licensing is according to:

    • Monday to Friday 9:15 a.m. until 5 p.m. (open for lunch hours)

The offices close on the weekend Sunday, Monday and on Public Holidays.
