  2. Estimates of the degree of disability could be based on evidence/opinion as a result of Richtsatzverordnung (Federal Law Gazette)

Documents that are required Apply for Disability Pass

  • The completed application form must be submitted.
  • Photograph (passport photo 35 x 45 millimeters , less than a calendar year)
