Apply in-person By Yourself:

  1. Visit the National Directorate of Assistance and Social Reintegration and also to the province in which you registered and have the documents required.
  2. Submit your application to data searches and when it is confirmed that you are an active member or the beneficiary of a member registered, the application will be processed to be exempt from payment of Income Tax.

  • A photocopy of the Identity Card
  • Photocopy of the identification card of the member who is registered
  • A declaration of local services of the MACVG the local service, in which the beneficiary is recognized.

  • To be eligible in this process, you will need be registered in the ministry of veterans and former combatants of the patriotic fatherland. You can applying through the ministry’s representative in the province where you are registered. There are no charges for this service.

  • It’s the service that allows for exemption under the special rules for tax payment on earnings from work of former combatants, disabled from war and the family members of combatants who died or were killed.
