Apply for Juices Test In Jamaica
- To be eligible for testing of Juices You must submit an application to the Bureau of Standards Jamaica (BSJ). Check out the BSJ contact information by clicking the following link Contact BSJ BSJ contact details.
- Download an application form called D at one of BSJ offices located in Kingstone, Montego Bay, Mandeville, Ocho Rios, or Savanah-La-Ma. You may also get the application form via phone or email.
- Complete the application form in the manner required.
- Create a sample of Juice that will be tested along with all the necessary supporting documents.
- Stop by the BSJ office to pay the application fees through the cashier. Get the receipt for payment.
- Send the completed application form as well as the application sample in the mail to the BSJ official at the desk of service and take the acknowledgement receipt for the application.
- This sample is taken for analysis to BSJ microbiological laboratory to ensure proper analysis according to the BSJ standards.
- The BSJ inspectors in the lab will evaluate the specimen to assign an appropriate grade it, and then write testing results.
- Stop by the BSJ office and pick up the test results or the certificate of acceptance.

- The fee for application is $25 for each certificate.
Validity
- In the event that the certification is intended for export or approval the certificate will be in effect for the duration of six months.
