  1. In order to apply for a license in order to run a live aboard boat You will have to complete an application form and submit it to the Registrar of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation.

Procedure Request a Learner's Permit at the Traffic Department/Transport Office in your district. Fill in the form and sign. Make sure that the form be stamped and signed by a medical professional from the government.
